Before any work begins, we’ll discuss the idea for your piece, the type of commission, and the final price and deadline. Once everything is agreed upon, I’ll send you an invoice through PayPal. Work begins only after the invoice is paid.
You’re welcome to share references, character sheets, and details you think are important. Please make sure you have permission to use the designs you provide. I do not accept designs created or based on AI-generated images.
If you ever have trouble with payment or PayPal errors, just let me know. Chargebacks after delivery are not accepted.
I retain all copyright and ownership of my work. This means I can post finished pieces or WIPs on my social media, portfolio, or streams, and use the work for promotional or portfolio purposes. If you prefer your commission to stay private, please let me know before work begins. There’s no extra cost for privacy; I just need to know in advance. Commercial commissions will be discussed beforehand, and any confidentiality agreements will be respected.
You are free to share the commissioned piece online for personal use, with proper credit. You may not claim, edit, trace, resell, or use it for any kind of AI, NFT, or blockchain purposes. Violations of these terms will result in a blacklist and loss of all usage rights.
If you’d like to use the artwork for commercial purposes, please mention it from the start. Commercial licenses add to the base price as follows:
Each commercial project will be discussed individually so both parties understand the scope.
I try to respond within the same day whenever possible. If any unexpected event, like illness, power outages, or emergencies, affects progress, I’ll always inform you.
If the client requests multiple fully rendered versions of the same character, different poses, expressions, or gestures, these will be added as additional illustrations at the reduced batch rates listed on the commission sheet. Each alternative is treated as a full piece and will follow the same workflow.
Completion time depends on complexity and queue. Typical turnaround is about a month after sketch approval, though this may vary. Updates will be provided if extra time is needed. A rush fee of 50% applies to commissions needed within a week. Deadlines start counting after the sketch is approved and paid for.
Minor fixes like color balance or small missing details are always free during WIP stages. Larger changes are fine during sketch and lineart phases only. Major revisions after rendering may require an extra fee. Please review WIPs carefully — this helps avoid delays and frustration for both sides.
NSFW commissions have a 25% surcharge and some restrictions may apply. If your idea feels unusual or complex, feel free to ask — I’ll let you know if it’s within my abilities.
Special discounts apply to anyone already in the queue or discussed a commission before the discount period ends. If the client becomes unresponsive when their turn arrives, the slot may be released, and any discount benefits may no longer apply.
